We are pleased to announce that the Coffee Bar and Restaurant will be open from Wednesday 2nd December serving all the usual refreshments as before. Please note that in line with Tier 2 Guidelines only one household per table please, unless in support bubble or up to 6 people per table in our outside seating areas.
Please note all staff and customers (when not sat at their table) are required to wear a face covering at all times unless they are exempt on medical grounds.

COVID 19 PROCEDURES – KEEPING US ALL SAFE
To help keep everyone safe while shopping at The Old Well Garden Centre, we kindly ask you to observe and adhere to our Covid measures when you visit.
Whilst we are always happy to see you, please do not visit if you have any Covid symptoms or if you have been instructed to self-isolate and you are still in your quarantine period. Customers who do not follow procedures may be asked to leave.
Please find the designated queuing area. We kindly ask that you stand where indicated by the floor markings, which are placed 2 metres apart and help remind everyone to observe social distancing. We are limiting the number of customers in store at any one time. One of our team will let you know when you can enter.
Trollies will be available and their handles will be cleaned after every use. We ask you to please use the sanitiser station on entrance.
Remember, it is a legal requirement to wear a mask when you are inside the garden centre, so please bring one with you when you visit.
IN THE GARDEN CENTRE
We know our customers normally love to browse, but in order to shop safely and reduce queuing, we encourage you to shop efficiently. Please observe the 2 metre space markings and follow the one-way system, which will help us keep everyone safe.
Our staff members will offer all the normal advice and guidance from a safe 2 metre distance. We are happy to carry products to your car, at a safe distance. We can also arrange delivery, but this may take a little longer than usual.
AT THE TILLS
Please push your trolley to the marked ‘trolley bay’ at the till point and step back 2 metres to allow a member of staff to safely scan your items. You will be called forward to pay for your goods.
If you need assistance, please ask and a member of staff will help, always maintaining a distance of 2 metres.
We would prefer you to pay for your goods with contactless card payment where possible. the new limit is £45 for contactless payment.
Normal Delivery will continue as usual.
